Another picture taken by Lee as we left Dreadnaught at 7.30. I really like this one. It's the Marines boys just behind us who eventually flew past us on the Tideway.
Had a week off repairing myself but went for a small run yesterday, but having a big mojo dip at the moment. I guess it's to be expected after the exertions of last weekend. I'd quite like to get back in a boat but I'm not sure my coccyx has quite recovered.
